OMG? Give Item To player low rate

This guy , I was giving him a refund. He bought 1 Sad Mask in the VP NPC , and A Crying Mask . The crying mask cost's 35 VP and the Sad Mask cost's 70 VP. So I don't really know what your talking about. This was a refund

Max WA (weapon attack) is 3362, you plan on giving him almost max WA? If he maxes str, Each WA is worth 15% of normal weapon damage. His swings with that weapon is pretty much 3000* times stronger than a normal swing, with maxed str. Good job poke.

I just noticed, you need 105 vote points for that. How the hell did he get 105 vote points? you need to play for AT LEAST 14 days. I have never seen him before and don't go saying I was banned, I was only banned for 3 days(+ or -). Care to explain that?

He needed a refund and it was just temporary...

Philosophy, you were obviously not being sarcastic. Don't use it as an excuse its really obvious that you meant what you said. Either way you could have have even had that many vote points.

You need 120 vote points. The server was up for 2 weeks. 120 divided by 8? 15. Leaving 1 more extra day. Further more for the 1st 2 days of the server vote points were not even added.

And if you would ask Max when his back to check the database to see when your account was created I am sure it wasn't on the 1st day on the server. So that lead my back to my above post. Make a choice.
