Firstly think of an event, and make sure you have a prize.
What to do
Prepare your thread about the prizes, rules, objective, etc but DO NOT POST IT YET.
Post it at Player Event *approval area* and wait for a Forum Admin / Mod / Administrator to approve of it. Before posting it in this section itself.
GMs / Admins will not be able to sponsor you with the items.
If you make a player event, you will be fully in charged of what happens, of course with the rules in place.
If you choose to post it in this section straight away you will be temporarily banned for 1 - 2 days.
