Darren's Suggestions

Well the first suggestion is that since you guys are in search of the last GameMaster why not choose a few interns and see how they fair out for a few days.

The second suggestion would be having some custom quests/party quest, that the monsters have incredible weapon and magic defense giving the players a hard time killing them and the prize would be something currently unobtainable at all.

One problem about your interns suggestion if you make them interns I am sure they will probably be on their best helping behaviour. I am sure if your picked to be an intern you will definitely want to help out a lot, much more than you usually do or actually help out unlike you usually do. I will look out for players which tend to help just out of the blue.

i like the idea of the custom party quests. I think the strongest monsters pink bean and i can kill that in a minute. That would be awesome if there was a monster that took about 20-30 mins to kill
